The CSSSA site features a gallery of student and faculty creations and extensive information about the program and how to apply. It also includes an interactive Web form that students use to apply to the school, including an auto e-mailer for forms and information, or auto e-mail to CSSSA requesting forms be mailed. We host and maintain this site, a year-round alumni site, and a 6-week parents site on Unix servers. This site has been showcased on the BBC.

Proctor-Willenbacher worked with designer Barbara Ziller and the staff of CSSSA to create a site to disseminate and collect information in a way that would save both applicants and CSSSA staff time and paper. We converted QuarkXpress and Illustrator files and to a Web-friendly medium, set up and maintain alumni sites through-out the year, and parent sites for the summer session. We update the information on the general site twice yearly.
